Throughout my experience in the airline industry, I came across their impactful “Trust Program,” commonly known as the Peer Support Program. Witnessing the positive outcomes of this initiative for both employers and employees has made a lasting impression on me.
In my professional journey, I have noticed significant communication gaps between employers and employees. These disparities often result in managers overlooking employee concerns, leading to decreased morale and the departure of valuable staff due to inadequate management practices. Such situations can make employees feel undervalued and may contribute to mental health issues like depression.
Recognising and embracing diversity is crucial, and I am enthusiastic about assisting organisations in adopting these principles to create more enriched work environments.
