1. Free 30-minute chat: tell us about your workplace and what you'd like to improve. No obligation.
2. Tailored proposal: a clear plan and quote, usually within a week.
3. Setup and launch: Karen does the practical work, from surveys and documents to coordination and launch.
4. Ongoing support (optional): check-ins, reporting and updates to keep things going.
Founding-client offer: 15% off for our first three clients, in return for honest feedback. A testimonial is welcome but always optional.
