Embrace Employee Engagement Solutions ("Embrace", "we", "us") is a business name of Lancorne Pty Ltd, ABN 73 682 756 038. We help workplaces set up programs for peer support, recognition, inclusion and connection.
We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, how we look after it, and how you can access it or make a complaint. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Last updated October 2026.
Client contacts: name, role, organisation, email, phone, and notes from our conversations.
Staff of client organisations: answers to staff surveys. We design surveys to be anonymous wherever possible.
Peer supporter applicants: name, role, contact details, expression of interest answers and interview notes, when a client asks us to coordinate recruitment.
Website visitors and enquiries: details you send through our contact form, booking page or by email.
Billing: business name, contact and invoicing details. We do not store credit card numbers.
Sensitive information: we try not to collect health or other sensitive information. Peer supporters keep only brief notes with no names or identifying details, and reports to clients are de-identified. If we ever need sensitive information, we will only collect it with your consent and only what is needed.
We collect information directly from you (for example, by email, phone, forms or in meetings), from the client organisation you work for, and through online surveys and forms we run for clients.
To provide and manage our services, and to communicate with you.
To prepare de-identified reports for client organisations.
To send invoices and keep business records.
To improve our services.
To send occasional updates about our services, if you agree. Every email has an easy way to unsubscribe.
We never sell personal information.
Client organisations: only what is needed to deliver the service. We never share an individual's survey answers or peer support conversations with an employer. Results are combined and de-identified.
Training partners: peer supporter names and contact details, so they can attend training, with their knowledge.
Service providers: businesses that help us operate, such as Microsoft 365 (email, files and forms), our accounting software and accountant, and our website host. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
When required: where the law requires it, or where we believe it is needed to prevent a serious threat to someone's life, health or safety.
Some of our service providers store data in the cloud, which may include servers outside Australia. We choose reputable providers with strong security.
Information is stored in secure, password-protected systems with two-step sign-in.
Only Embrace and people who need it to deliver the service can access it.
Raw survey data is deleted or de-identified within 12 months of a project ending.
Business and financial records are kept for at least 5 years, as tax law requires.
When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days. If we can't give you access, we will explain why.
If you have a question or concern about privacy, please contact us first. We will look into it and respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
